SHIPPING

Currently shipping to Canada and the United States. Please email us for a quote if you are outside these two countries.

All shipping fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are shipped with a tracking number. Pieces can be expected within 8-10 business but please note this is an estimate and not a guarantee. Orders outside of Canada may be subject to additional taxes, import duties and customs fees which I am not responsible for.

RETURNS

All pieces are one of a kind, hand made with extreme care and are shipped with that same care. Returns and exchanges are not valid. With that being said if you have any issue with your piece please reach out with pictures within 7 days. If the item is damaged through shipping your item will be replaced - pictures of damaged piece will also need to be sent to me within 7 days of receiving your package. Once the damage has been assessed you can expect your new piece to be shipped within 4 to 6 weeks.

CUSTOM / MADE TO ORDER

Custom commissions are final sale and cannot be cancelled. Upon completion of the piece, you will receive photos for approval. Every piece is unique and one of a kind due to the handmade nature of the process and materials. In the event that you have an issue with the final product prior to shipping that I can't fix, your order will be refunded minus a 20% fee as a one-time courtesy. After approval, custom commissions are final sale and non-refundable.

HARDWARE

Hardware is included. Flush mount hangers and screws will be shipped with your piece. However, please note that due to varying wall materials you must determine for yourself if the provided hardware is the right choice. I am not responsible for any damage caused by the hardware provided. If you choose to replace the hardware that is attached to your piece and damage it, I am not responsible to replace or fix the item. That being said if you email a detailed note I will do my best to help you correct the damage (of the piece not your wall).
